Job Details |
Weymouth and Kingston Maurward College operates and manages their own transport provision for students coming to our general Further Education College. As well as transporting students to and from the College, the team has a fleet of three coaches and several minibuses to provide transport support for curriculum areas. We are now seeking a Bank Coach Driver to join us in this service provision. You should be reliable and professional with a strong focus on customer service.
Working with the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the safe transport of students from outlying villages and areas to the College. The role also requires the successful candidate to transport staff and students on educational trips as needed.
We have a variety of hours available which may suit a range of applicants, fit in with your existing commitments or be a new opportunity for you if you are looking for a new challenge. The working pattern is as flexible as it can be as a bank driver, so will fit in with your other commitments.
The successful candidate will hold a “D” Coach driving licence with no more than 6 points on their licence.
A driver Tacho card and DQC is essential.
For an informal discussion about this role, please contact Pete Atkins at peter_atkins@weymouth.ac.uk
